Right after checkout, you will receive an Access PDF with your next steps. We send the Squarespace contributor invitation to the account email supplied at checkout within 24 hours. Accept the invitation, and the template opens as a new site in your Squarespace account.
No. The templates are built for Squarespace 7.1 and the main content is click-to-edit. Your purchase includes setup guidance, and you can reach our support inbox if something does not look right while you are customizing.
The template fonts are already configured. Image inclusions can vary, so each product listing explains what is supplied and whether any image resources require separate licensing. You can replace every image with your own.
You can begin customizing before selecting a paid plan. A Squarespace subscription is required when you are ready to publish the site and connect your domain. Any trial or Circle-partner offer available with your template will be explained in the delivery materials.

Not while you are building. The template arrives as a separate Squarespace site, so your current website can stay live until the new version is ready. You decide when to connect your domain and make the switch.
Yes. Those details are meant to change. You can adapt the template to your brand, add or remove pages, and replace the demo content while keeping the design system that makes the site feel polished.
Yes. Each template is designed across desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts. Because your own copy and images can change the spacing, we still recommend reviewing every page at all three sizes before publishing.
Yes. A Polish Pass is best when you have already added your content and want the final details resolved. Done-For-You is the better fit when you want us to handle the complete build.

SUPPORT & POLICIES

What support covers, how the template license works, and what to know about final-sale digital products.

Your template includes the setup resources listed with the product and 30 days of email support for template questions. Support covers access, setup, and help understanding the original template—not custom design or third-party integrations.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, template purchases are final and non-refundable because access to the digital product begins immediately and the product cannot be returned. If you receive a duplicate charge or cannot access your purchase, contact us so we can review the order and help resolve it.
A standard template purchase is licensed for one published website for one business. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the template files. A separate license is required for each additional website or client project.
Your Squarespace subscription, domain, business email, and any third-party apps, premium fonts, or separately licensed photography are not included unless the product listing says otherwise.
