No. Your package includes a credit for any premium GlowUp Framework (Value: $275). You don't pay a penny extra—it's built into the service. You’ll select your favorite design on your application form.

To keep our timelines strictly efficient (and our prices accessible), our studio operates 100% online. We handle all strategy, feedback, and communication via email and your private Client Portal. This ensures every detail is documented, nothing gets lost in conversation, and we can spend our time designing, not in meetings.

Yes. To hit our 3-day or 1-week turnaround, we need your text and photos ready to go. Once you book, we provide you with our Copy Guides (Google Docs) to help you write your content easily. You must upload your materials 48 hours before your start date, or we will need to reschedule your week.

For The Framework (1,497), payment is due in full to secure your dates. For the Edition(2797), we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book, with the balance due on Day 1 of your design week.
*Note: We accept Afterpay, Klarna, and Clearpay if you prefer to split your investment into installments.

We can absolutely set up a shop for you. Our Shop Launch add-on ($497) covers the backend configuration and styling for up to 10 products. Just mention this in your application for a custom quote.

Absolutely. If you previously purchased a GlowUp template and realized you don’t have the time to DIY, we will credit the cost of the template toward your service package price.
