Footer Credit:

• You are not required to maintain our footer credit, though we appreciate the support

Section 04 — Technical Support & Maintenance

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintaining your own Squarespace hosting plan

• Maintaining your domain registration

Our Support:

• Your purchase includes 6 months of email support for template-specific issues

• We do not guarantee fixes for external browser, domain, or hosting provider errors

Liability:

• While we implement design best practices, we are not liable for security breaches on your individual site

Section 05 — Platform Evolution & Updates

Compatibility Period:

• We ensure our designs meet technical standards at the time of purchase and for 30 days thereafter

• We are not responsible for alterations or "breaks" caused by platform-wide updates after this period

Delivery & Refund Policy

• Delivery Timeline: Following your purchase, the template will be delivered to the email address provided within 24 hours.

• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the template has been transferred to you. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after the files have been sent, as digital assets cannot be returned or revoked.

While we strive for perfection:
