Yes, mostly. Polish Pass perfects the pages you've built, so your text and images should be in place first. They don't need to be perfect; that's what we're here for. If you'd rather we handle the whole build, Done-For-You is the better fit.

3 business days for up to 8 pages. Larger sites get a quoted timeline before we begin, so there are never surprises.

One consolidated round of refinements to the pages we polished, submitted within 7 days of delivery: spacing tweaks, font adjustments, repositioning within sections we touched. New pages, new sections, or changes outside the original scope are quoted separately before any work begins, so you always approve first.

Brand-new pages or sections (available at $150 per page), full section redesigns, copywriting, and styling for third-party widgets that live outside Squarespace. If your project needs any of these, we'll quote it clearly up front.

Never. If you've purchased a GlowUp template, directly or through Etsy, its full cost is credited toward your Done-For-You price.

Mostly, yes, and we make it easy. Once you book, you'll receive our guided copy docs that tell you exactly what to write and where it goes. Any remaining pieces are due 48 hours before your build week begins, which is how we protect your launch date.

Our studio runs 100% online, which is how we keep timelines this fast and pricing this accessible. Every detail is handled over email and your private client portal, so nothing gets lost in conversation and we spend our time designing, not in meetings.

Payment is due in full via invoice to secure your build week. Your start date is confirmed the moment it's paid.

Two rounds are included. A round is one consolidated set of feedback submitted at one time, and you'll have 48 to 72 hours with your preview link to gather it. Additional rounds are available at $75/hr, always quoted before any work begins.
